  • What services do your offer or can I receive?

    • No services. No medical, medication management, daily living activity management. We provide housing only. Individuals need to be able to manage his/her own medication and daily living activity.

  • Do you require a long-term lease?

    • No. We offer flexible month-to-month living arrangements.

  • How do I apply?

    • You can complete the application directly on our website by clicking “Apply Now.”

  • What happens after I apply?

    • Applications are reviewed, and selected applicants will be contacted for a phone screening and in-person meeting when availability opens.

  • Are background checks required?

    • We conduct a screening process to ensure a safe and respectful living environment for all residents.

  • Is housing available now?

    • We are currently preparing our first home. You are welcome to apply or join our interest list.

  • What type of housing do you provide?

    • We provide affordable shared housing with independent living arrangements in a shared home environment.

  • Are utilities included?

    • Yes. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, are included.

  • How does rent work?

    • Due at the first of the month. Rent is based on fair market value and is paid on a consistent schedule in accordance with your living agreement.

  • Can case managers visit?

    • Yes. Case managers may visit with the tenant’s permission in designated common areas to respect the privacy of other residents.

  • Are there rules about guests or privacy?

    • Yes. House rules are in place to ensure a respectful and safe environment. All residents will receive a copy of the Tenant Handbook outlining expectations, including guest policies and shared space guidelines.

  • What happens if rent is not paid?

    • Rent is expected to be paid on time in accordance with the living agreement. If rent is not paid, appropriate steps will be taken, which may include late notices and termination of the agreement. Our goal is to communicate early and maintain a stable living environment for all residents. Rent is due on the 1st, with consideration for verified income schedules.

  • Do you accept vouchers or subsidies?

    • We do not currently accept Section 8 at this time. However, we may accept other forms of verified income or assistance on a case-by-case basis.

  • Who is responsible for maintenance?

    • Residents are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and daily upkeep of shared spaces. The landlord handles necessary repairs and conducts periodic inspections to ensure the home remains safe and well-maintained.

  • Is this a program or assisted living facility?

    • No. This is independent shared housing. Residents are expected to live independently and manage their own daily activities.

  • Can my agreement be terminated?

    • Yes. To maintain a safe and respectful living environment, agreements may be terminated for serious violations, including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe behavior, illegal activity, or repeated disregard of house rules. In such cases, appropriate steps will be taken in accordance with the living agreement.

  • Can eviction occur?

    • If necessary, eviction may occur in accordance with applicable laws and the terms outlined in the living agreement. Our goal is always to communicate clearly and maintain a stable and respectful environment for all residents.

  • How is safety and security maintained?

    • The home is designed to provide a safe and secure living environment for all residents. Measures may include secure access, shared house expectations, and security monitoring in common areas. Residents are expected to follow all house guidelines to help maintain a respectful and safe space for everyone.

  • Are there security features in the home?

    • Yes. Homes may include features such as secure entry and monitoring in shared common areas. These measures are in place to support safety while respecting the privacy of all residents.
